ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 7 May 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of § 5 (e) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. order that the suspension of the activities of social services facilities provided for in point I. / 3. of the Government Resolution of 16 March 2020 No 239, published under No. 97 / 2020 Coll., does not apply to social services providers which have been granted a social service registration pursuant to Sections 62 and 65 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, (low threshold facilities for children and youth, social activity services for families with children);
II. Repeals, with effect from 11 May 2020, the Government Resolution of 24 April 2020 No 462 on the adoption of crisis measures, issued under No 204 / 2020 Coll.
