concerning certain specific rules for training in the context of emergency measures in the context of the SARS CoV-2 epidemic
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 64, § 81 (11), § 91 (1) and § 103 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 179 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 243 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll.:

SPECIFIC RULES FOR THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION FOR 2020
§ 1
Specific rules for the performance of the graduation examination in the autumn test period
(1) The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports will publish by 31 May 2020 the evaluation criteria in accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 of Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll.
(2) Student until 25 July 2020
a) submit an application pursuant to § 4 (1) of Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll.,
b) submit a written request for replacement of the test according to § 19a of Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll.,
c) Surrender its own list of literary works pursuant to § 6 (3) of Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll.
(3) School Director until 31 July 2020
(a) transmit the data pursuant to § 4 (5) of Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll.,
b) Appoints the Vice-President and other members of the Examination Graduate Commission pursuant to § 35 (4) of Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll.
(4) By 31 July 2020, the Centre will appoint a Commissioner for the School for the Autumn Examination Period under Paragraph 44 (1) of Decree No 177 / 2009 Coll.
(5) The school will send the student a certified extract from the application from the Centre's information system no later than 5 days after the transmission of the Centre's data pursuant to § 4 (5) of Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll. In the event of non-compliance with the information contained in the extract, the pupil shall send the correct data to the school within 5 days.
§ 2
Special rules for the performance of discharge in the Conservatory
(1) The defence of graduate work, the theoretical examination of professional subjects, the examination of a foreign language or the examination of artistic education shall take place within the deadlines set by the school director between 1 June and 31 August 2020; Paragraph 7 (1) of Decree No 47 / 2005 Coll. does not apply.
(2) In the course of the last two years, the school director may recognise exceptional artistic performance as a graduate performance in 2020, which he has performed during the last two years and which meets the requirements of the graduate performance.
§ 3
Specific rules for higher education
(1) In 2020, the Director of Higher Education may postpone the first round of the entrance examination to the first year of education, while maintaining the other conditions declared under § 94 (5) of the Education Act. The new term will be published in an accessible place at the school and in a way that allows remote access.
(2) The invitation to conduct the admission examination in 2020 in the first round and in the other stages of the admission procedure to the higher vocational school shall be sent by the school director to the tenderer no later than 5 working days before the examination; Paragraph 2 (4) of the first Decree No 10 / 2005 Coll. does not apply.
(3) For the summer period of the school year 2019 / 2020, the school director may adjust the organisation of the teaching system in a different way than that provided for in the accredited curriculum. The school director may decide to move the theoretical preparation and practical preparation between the summer period of 2019 / 2020 and the winter and summer periods of the school year 2020 / 2021, provided that the overall content is consistent with the accredited training programme. These changes need to be introduced to students. Paragraph 3 (1), (2) and (6) of Decree No 10 / 2005 Coll. does not apply.
(4) In particular, compulsory courses, professional practice, practical teaching and examinations may be held during school holidays in 2020. The free time of students during school holidays in 2020 may be reduced for less than 4 weeks only in exceptional cases, unless it is possible to organise these activities differently. Paragraph 3 (3) of Decree No 10 / 2005 Coll. does not apply.
(5) The school director may recognise and include the student in the practical preparation of the activities carried out by the student in a substitute, demonstrable manner and related to the field of education.
(6) In the case of an education programme of 3 or 4 years in the period from 1 June to 31 August 2020, the School Director shall set proper discharge dates at the higher vocational school. Paragraph 7 (1) (a) of Decree No 10 / 2005 Coll. does not apply.
(7) The associate who teaches the subject, practitioner, senior graduate and opponent may be present in 2020 through means of distance communication.
§ 4
Educational and educational activities of teaching assistant and educator
The teaching assistant and educator may, in the school year 2019 / 2020, carry out self-educational and educational activities in order to acquire and consolidate the knowledge, skills and habits of primary school pupils or primary school established under Section 16 (9) of the Education Act.
