GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 July 2024
amending Government Regulation No. 36 / 2019 Coll., on the details of the professional evaluations of civil servants and the link of the civil servant's personal supplement to the outcome of the professional evaluations and amending Government Regulation No. 304 / 2014 Coll., on the salary ratios of civil servants, as amended

Government Regulation No. 36 / 2019 Coll., on the details of the professional evaluations of civil servants and the link of the civil servant's personal supplement to the outcome of the professional evaluations and amending Government Regulation No. 304 / 2014 Coll., on the salary ratios of civil servants, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 6 (1) (a), the words' may not exceed 50% 'shall be replaced by' may be granted up to 100% ';
2. in Paragraph 6 (1) (b), the words' may not exceed 40% 'shall be replaced by' may be granted up to 80% ';
3. In Article 6 (1) (c), "may not exceed 30% 'is replaced by" may be granted up to 60%'.
4. In Article 6 (1) (d), "may not exceed 10% 'is replaced by" may be granted up to 10%'.
5. Paragraph 6 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
