DECLARATION
of 28 July 2022
amending Decree No. 346 / 2013 Coll., on the submission of statements by banks and branches of foreign banks to the Czech National Bank, as amended
Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 41 paragraph 3 of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 227 / 2013 Coll.:
Decree No. 346 / 2013 Coll., on the submission of statements by banks and branches of foreign banks to the Czech National Bank, as amended by Decree No. 216 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 300 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 325 / 2019 Coll. and Decree No. 246 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 (1), point (b) shall be deleted;
Points (c) to (e) shall be renumbered (b) to (d).
2. In Article 4 (2) to (4), "(d) 'is replaced by" (c)'.
3. In Article 4 (4), "(e) 'is replaced by" (d)';
4. The following Section 4a is inserted after Section 4:
The Bank and the branch of a foreign bank shall, for the reference period of 3 consecutive calendar months, draw up, on the basis of the status as at the last day of February, May, August and November and submit, within 30 calendar days following the end of the reference period to which it relates, the UVIS (CNB) statement 01-04 "Consumer loans secured by residential real estate '.';
5. in Article 5, point (b) shall be deleted;
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered (b) and (c).
6. in Paragraph 9 (1), "PLS (ČNB) 10-01" is replaced by "UVIS (ČNB) 01-04";
7. In Annex 1, point 6 is deleted.
Points 7 to 34 shall become points 6 to 33.
8. in Annex 1, point 28 is deleted;
Points 29 to 33 shall become paragraphs 28 to 32.
9. the following point 33 is added at the end of Annex 1:
"33. UVIS (ČNB) 01-04" Consumer loans secured by residential real estate "
The report shall contain granular and aggregated data on newly granted, increased and refinanced consumer loans secured by residential real estate over the reference period of 3 months. The report shall also contain granular data on consumer loans secured by residential real estate that are late on the last day of the reference period. '
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
