Government Decree No. 23 / 2005 Coll.

(1) The bird region of Litovel Pomoravi ("the bird region") is defined.

(2) The protection of the bird area is the populations of Alcedo atthis, Dendrocopos medius and white lees (Figula albicollis) and their biotopes.

(3) The purpose of the protection of the birds' area is to preserve and restore ecosystems relevant to birds' species as referred to in paragraph 2 on their natural grounds of enlargement and to ensure conditions for the conservation of the populations of those species in a favourable conservation situation.

(1) The birds' area is situated in the territory of the Olomouc Region, in the cadastral territories of Benkov near Střelice, Bříce, Černír, Red, Doubravice nad Moravou, Hejčín, Horka nad Moravou, Hynkov, Chøelice, Králové, Křilov, Lhota nad Moravou, Litovel, Mladec, Mohelnice, Moravičany, Nákla, Nasoběřovka, Palonín, Pňovice, Rozvadovice, Řepčín, Šimice, Skrobeň, Soběnov, Stavenice, Střenice, Šepánov u Olomouce, Three Dvory u Litovle, Unčovice, Úsová-town and Víska.

(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the bird area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation; the indicative graphical representation of the bird area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

(3) The 1: 50 000 map documents, in which the territory of the bird region is drawn, are stored in the central list of nature protection1) and in electronic form at the Ministry of the Environment, the Litovelské Pomoraví Landscape Administration, the Regional Office of the Olomouc Region and the municipal authorities of the enlarged municipalities in whose administrative district the bird area is located.

(1) Only with the prior agreement of the competent authority of nature protection (2) may the territory of municipalities be located in the birds' area outside the concurrently built and stoppable (3)

(a) change the type of land and the means of usingit (4);

(b) to carry out toll and pretoll intentional logging in forest areas with a representation of beech or oak of 50% and more than 80 years of age, in forest areas with a representation of ash of 50% and more than 60 years of age, in forest areas with a participation of maple, habra, alder and lip, the sum of which is 50% and more than 50 years of age, in forest areas with a participation of willow and topola, the sum of which is 50% and more than 30 years of age, between 16 April and 31 July;

(c) to draw up new tourist, cycling and riding trails 5),

(d) carry out activities carried out by the flow manager in the course of interventions into banks and coastal areas, with the exception of interventions in an emergency situation where damage to property or to the safety and health of persons is imminent.

(2) The consent of the competent authority of nature conservation is not required

(a) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (a), where such activities are subject to a decision under a specific legislation (6) and have been given an opinion by the competent nature conservation authority;

(b) for the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (b), where such mining has been notified at least 20 working days in advance to the competent nature conservation authority;

(c) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 in the case of activities carried out under specific legislation7) in the territory of the specified conquest area and exclusive bearings;

(d) in the implementation of road operations8);

(e) for the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (d), where such activities have been notified at least 20 days in advance to the competent nature conservation authority;

(f) in the case of measures preventing or hindering the effects of harmful factors on the forest, and in the case of exceptional circumstances and unforeseen damage in the forest under special legislation (9).

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

In Olomouc - The border begins on the bridge across the river Moravia and continues upstream along the left bank of Moravia to the confluence with Oskava, further along the left bank of Oskava upstream to the crossing with the railway line Olomouc-Zahrah n. M. (left bank means left when looking downstream). Further along the railway line to the crossing with road *) No III / 446-8 at the edge of the Břežce, along the left edge in the south direction to the crossing with road No II / 446 and along the left edge of the north-west direction to the protective flood dam which follows the north edge of the meadow forest. Furthermore, the border leads northwest along this dam to the field road * *), which leads to the railway bridge on the track Olomouc-Zábřeh n. M. Following this field road up to the railway line and bridge at a cubicle of 225 m above sea level and along the railway line in the northwest direction to the crossing with road No III / 446-19 and along its left edge in the northeast direction to the intersection with road No II / 446. On the left edge of the road the border leads northwest to the intersection with road No II / 447 on the south edge of Pňovice, on the left edge of road No II / 447 in the west direction to the edge of the forest and further north to the edge of the forest back to road No II / 447, on the left edge of which the border leads through the three courts to Litovle until the intersection with road No II / 449. Following the left edge of road No II / 449, the border turns north and leads to the intersection with road No III / 449-6 in July. Following the left edge of road No III / 449-6, the border continues in the west towards the field road leading to the defender Cerlina. On this field road to the defender and along the northern edge of the forest "Doubrava" to the flow of Doubravka southwest of Usov. Further along the right bank of Doubravka downstream to the third economic bridge, from it on the road of the municipality of Stavenice to road No II / 444. Following the left edge of the road No II / 444 in the western direction and from there behind the industrial object left on the road - the purpose of communication ALAS Morava in the southeast direction around the western edge of Mohilnik Lake towards its southwest tip. From there, under the direction of the electric current to the crossing from the river Zázdražka and further in the southeast direction under the bridge of the current to the west bank of the Moravian lake to its southern edge. From there the border goes along the western edge of the water tower, turns to the east and goes through the southern edge of the forest to the water trench on whose right bank goes south to the railway line Olomouc-Zábrih n. M., from where it continues southeast direction along the track to the railway bridge over the river Moravia. Further along the right bank of Moravia in a southern direction to the economic bridge through Moravia and from it west on the road to the relief channel Třebovka. Further in K. Doubravice nad Moravou leads on the right side of the relief channel to the northern edge of Doubravice. Here it turns from the right side of the relief channel and leads to the east edge of the plot No 434 / 1 and 61 / 1, along the south edge of the plot No 435 and the west edge of the plot No 436 and 356, and crosses the field path, on which it leads in the southeast direction to the eastern edge of Mitrovic and from there in the same direction along the field road to the eastern end of the barrier with a cubicle of 243 m above and further in the south direction to the crossing of the Palonín creek with the road Palonín-Nová Mlýny at the water power plant N. Mlýna. On the left edge of the road N. Mlýny-Palonín in the western direction until the intersection with road III / 444-1 and further along the left edge in the southern direction around Řemice at the intersection with road II / 635. It also leads the border along the left edge of road No II / 635 through Mědeč to the end station of ČSD Mladec-cave and along the railway track to the crossing with road No III / 449-9, and along the left edge to Mladec to the bridge via the Mlýn stream. Further along the right bank of the Mlýnská creek downstream via Soběčov, Vísek, Litovel, Khořelice to Bředová and from there in a southeast direction along the protective flood barrier around the southern edge of the forest on the road III / 446-20 in Lhota n. M., the building will be sown by the outskirts; and further along the protective flood barrier around the southern edge of the forest to Hynkov. Hynkov along the road on the river and around the inn on the field road leading south-east towards the edge of the forest and around the west edge of the forest and around the east along the south edge of the forest to the right bank of the Mill creek and along the right bank to the road bridge on road III / 446-5 in Horce n. M. On the left side of the road No III / 446-5 of the municipalities of Horka n. M. at the intersection with road No III / 446-3 southwest of Horka n. M. and on the left side of the road no. III / 446-5 of the municipalities of Horka n. M. at the intersection with road No III / 446-3 southwest of Horka n. M. and on the left side of the road no. On the right bank of the Mlýnský creek to the road bridge connecting the suburban district of Hejčín and Černír in Olomouc and on the left edge of this road in the north direction to the starting point - the road bridge over the river Moravia in Olomouc-Černíří.
