GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 4 May 2020
on the abolition of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and Article 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on the grounds of health threats in connection with the detection of coronavirus / known as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue § 5 (c) and (e) and § 6 (b) respectively.
Government with effect from 11 May 2020 at 00am
I. repeals the Government Resolution of 12 March 2020 No 200 on the adoption of crisis measures, published under No 73 / 2020 Coll.;
II. prohibits all carriers from using airports other than the international public airport Václav Havel Praha (Prague / Ruzyně, LKPR) as part of commercial air transport with passengers on board which crosses the borders of the Czech Republic;
III. Provides that the Minister for Transport may grant an exemption from the prohibition set out in point II of this resolution.
