DECLARATION
of 14 October 2014
amending Decree No 189 / 2013 Coll., on the protection and authorisation of timber felling
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (d) and for the implementation of § 8 (3) and (5) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as the Act):
Decree No. 189 / 2013 Coll., on the protection and authorisation of timber felling, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, point (c), including footnotes 1 and 2, shall be deleted;
Point (d) shall be renumbered (c).
2. In Article 1 (c), the word "nurseries' is inserted after the word" orchards'.
3. in Article 3 (d):
"(d) for fruit trees growing on land in a built-up area registered in the cadastral of real estate as a type of garden, a built-up area and a courtyard or other area with a way of utilizing the land of greenery."
4. in Article 4 (1) (c) and in Article 4 (2) (c), the words "or, where appropriate, families" shall be inserted after the words "or, where appropriate, families," and the words "or, where appropriate, families" shall be inserted after the words "
5. In Paragraph 4, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The notification of the felling of timber (Section 8 (4) of the Act), which was carried out by the components of the integrated rescue system from the decision of the master of the rescue or disposal operations or the protection of the population, includes the indication of the place where the timber was located (cadastral territory and the parcel number or address) and their quantity and type or, where applicable, genus."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2014.
