amending Decree No. 82 / 2012 Coll., on the carrying out of roadworthiness checks on vehicles and combination vehicles (Ordinance on technical roadside checks), as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Article 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 150 / 2023 Coll., Act No. 249 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 130 / 205 Coll.
Decree No. 82 / 2012 Coll., on the implementation of checks on the technical condition of vehicles and combination vehicles in use on the road (Decree on Technical Road Checks), as amended by Decree No. 133 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 207 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 303 / 2020 Coll., Decree No. 330 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No. 384 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 2 (2), 2 (3) and 2 (4), the words "or by road transport inspector" shall be inserted after the word "police officer."
2. in Articles 2 (3) (a) and 2 (7), the words "or road transport inspector" shall be inserted after the word "policeman."
3. In Paragraph 2 (4), the words "in a station 'are replaced by the words" or stations' and the words "or in an authorised metrology centre 'are deleted.
4. In Article 2 (7), the words "or road transport inspector 'shall be inserted after the word" policeman'.
5. in Article 2b (1), points (d) and (e) are deleted;
Points (f) to (k) shall be renumbered as points (d) to (i).
6. in Paragraph 2b (1) (d), the comma shall be replaced by "a."
7. in Paragraph 2b (1), points (e) to (h) are deleted;
Point (i) shall be renumbered as point (e).
8. In Article 4 (2), the words "or road transport inspector" shall be inserted after the word "policeman."
9. In Article 4a, at the end of paragraph 2, the sentence "If the document of detention of the vehicle registration certificate is completed in electronic form, only those items relating to the case may be indicated for alternative items. '
10. Annex 3, including the title, reads:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
