GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 June 2025
amending Government Regulation No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing the list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended
According to § 70b (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 99 / 2025 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing a list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended by Government Decree No. 428 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 101 / 2019 Coll., Government Decree No. 380 / 2020 Coll. and Government Decree No. 468 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence, the words "and Act No. 99 / 2025 Coll. 'shall be added at the end of the text.
2. in Article 2 (a):
"(a) the pursuit of the profession of doctor or dental practitioner which:
1. is entitled to the independent pursuit of the profession of doctor or dental practitioner under the law on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the profession of medical practitioner, dental practitioner and pharmacist; or
2. meets the conditions set out in point 1 and, at the same time, consistently as a general practitioner or dental practitioner, provides health services exclusively to a military health service provider; ';
3. In Article 2 (n), the words "simultaneously 'shall be inserted after the words" the Republic and'.
4. In Article 2 (w), the words "or in the organisation, supervision and comprehensive leadership of the High Ensign 'shall be added at the end of the text.
5. In Article 3 (7), "§ 2 (a) or 'is replaced by" § 2 (a)';
6. In Article 3, the following paragraph 9 is inserted after paragraph 8:
"(9) A soldier in special expertise or in the performance of one of the activities referred to in § 2 (a) (1) shall receive a stabilisation allowance of CZK 32,000 per month."
Paragraph 9 shall become paragraph 10.
7. In Paragraph 3, the following paragraph 10 is inserted after paragraph 9:
"(10) A soldier in special expertise or in the performance of one of the activities referred to in § 2 (a) (2) shall receive a stabilisation allowance of CZK 56 000 per month."
Paragraph 10 shall become paragraph 11.
8. in Paragraph 3 (11), the words "paragraphs 1 to 8 'are replaced by the words" paragraphs 1 to 10';
9. At the end of Paragraph 3 (11), the sentence "If a soldier is allowed a shorter weekly service period, the stabilisation allowance referred to in paragraphs 1 to 10 shall be reduced proportionally to at least CZK 7,000 per month. The second sentence shall not apply if a shorter weekly service period is temporarily fixed for health reasons for a soldier on the basis of a decision of the review committee. '
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
