GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 July 2013
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, the definition of a difficult working environment and the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (2) and § 112 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
Government Decree No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the pay surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Decree No. 249 / 2007 Coll., Government Decree No. 452 / 2009 Coll. and Government Decree No. 246 / 2012 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (a):
"(a) the level of the basic minimum wage rate, the level of the additional minimum wage rate, with limited employment and the conditions for the minimum wage,"
2. In Paragraph 2, "48,10 'is replaced by" 50,60' and "8000 'is replaced by" 8500'.
3. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The lowest wage guaranteed levels for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours shall be graduated according to the complexity, responsibility and workload of the work carried out, classified in 8 groups, and shall be:

4.
Minimum wage rate and minimum level of guaranteed wage with limited employment
(1) The minimum wage rate for the fixed weekly working hours is 40 hours for an employee who is a beneficiary of an invalidity pension, CZK 48.10 per hour or CZK 8,000 per month.
(2) The lowest wage guaranteed levels for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours shall be graduated according to the complexity, responsibility and workload of the work carried out, classified in 8 groups, and shall be:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2013.
