imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and one Appendix No. 3 to the collective agreement of higher degree were deposited with it in the period until 30 December 2011:
1. Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 14 November 2011 for 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
2. Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 14 November 2011 for 2012 (for a. s. and s. r. o.) between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
3. Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 7 December 2011 for 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry.
4. Appendix 3 to the collective agreement of a higher degree, concluded on 20 December 2011 between the Contracting Parties
ECHO trade union,
Czech Energy Union
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
