GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 June 2022
on the solidarity allowance for the second half of 2022 and the first half of 2023
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to § 8 (6) and 8 of Act No 66 / 2022 Coll., on measures in the field of employment and social security in connection with armed conflict in Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops, as amended by Act No 175 / 2022 Coll.:
(1) The solidarity household allowance (hereinafter referred to as "the allowance") is granted for the calendar months July 2022 to June 2023,
a) if the person staying shares accommodation with the applicant for the allowance, in the amount of CZK 3,000 per person staying per calendar month; the maximum of three persons staying per calendar month in one solidarity household may be taken into account;
(b) if the person staying does not share the accommodation with the applicant for the allowance, the amount
1. 5 000 CZK per calendar month for 1 person staying,
2.9,000 CZK per calendar month for 2 persons,
3.12,000 CZK per calendar month for 3 persons,
4.14,000 CZK per calendar month for 4 persons, or
5. 15 000 CZK per calendar month for 5 or more guests.
(2) Where an applicant for a contribution fulfils the conditions for granting the contribution referred to in points (a) and (b) of paragraph 1 during the calendar month period, the allowance referred to in points (a) and (b) of paragraph 1 shall be granted.
(3) For the purposes of the contribution referred to in paragraph 1, only the persons to whom accommodation has been provided during the calendar month shall be taken into account for at least 16 days in succession.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2022.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 30 June 2023.
