GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 June 2022
on an increase in the amounts of the life minima and the existence minima
The Government mandates pursuant to § 9 (2) of Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on the Life and Existence Minimum:
The amount of living minimum of the individual is CZK 4,620 per month.
(1) The amount of the life minimum of the person who is judged first in the order is CZK 4,250 per month.
(2) The amount of the minimum of life of the person considered second or second in order shall be monthly:
(a) CZK 3,840 for a person from 15 years of age who is not a dependent child,
(b) CZK 3,320 for an uninsured child aged between 15 and 26,
(c) CZK 2,900 for an uninsured child from 6 to 15 years of age,
d) 2 360 CZK for an uninsured child up to 6 years of age.
The amount of the person's existence minimum is CZK 2,980 per month.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2022.
