of 17 May 2021
on forest economic records
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 40 (3) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests, and amending and supplementing certain laws (Forest Act), as amended by Act No. 314 / 2019 Coll.:
Subject matter of the Order
This decree regulates the content of forest economic records on compliance with the mandatory provisions of the plan (hereinafter referred to as the "record of compliance with the binding provisions of the plan ') and the content of forest economic records on forest renewal carried out in individual crops (hereinafter referred to as the" forest renewal record'), the manner in which they are maintained and the transmission of summary data on these registers to the local competent authority of the forest administration.
Content and manner of keeping records of compliance with the mandatory provisions of the plan and records of forest renewal carried out
(1) The forest owner who manages the forest management plan shall keep a record of compliance with the mandatory provisions of the plan and a record of the forest renewal carried out within the scope of the information set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation for the lowest spatial distribution units identified in the forestry plan.
(2) The forest owner who does not manage the forest plan shall keep a record of the forest renewal carried out within the scope of the information set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation for the lowest units of the spatial distribution of the forest identified in the forest economic curriculum.
(3) In the event that the forest economic syllabus or forest economic plan is not processed for forest functions, the forest owner shall keep a record of the forest renewal carried out within the limits of the information set out in Annex 2 to this Decree to the relevant cadastral parcel.
(4) The owner of the forest shall keep the records kept in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 for at least 10 years from the date of recognition of the registered activity.
Transmission of summary log data on compliance with mandatory plan provisions and summary log data on forest renewal carried out
(1) The model of the form on which the forest owner, which operates under the forest management plan, shall transmit summary data on the record of compliance with the mandatory provisions of the plan and summary data on the forest renewal carried out (hereinafter referred to as "summary data") is set out in Annex 3 to this decree.
(2) The owner of the forest, which operates under the forestry plan, transfers the aggregate data to the municipal authority of the municipality with extended scope, whose territorial scope is the largest part of its forestry unit.
(3) If the forest owner transmits aggregated data in electronic form, he may also do so through an electronic application of the Ministry of Agriculture portal.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.

Explanatory notes:
1 The extent of the forest owner of the compulsory registered data varies with respect to the binding provisions of LHP approved by him (§ 24 (5) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll.).
2 The date shall be indicated in the month and year format (MM.YYYY) on the last day of the calendar month in which the performance was carried out.
3 The volume is recorded in m3 of bark-free husks (m3b.K.), rounded down to the integer.
4 The volume of extraction carried out by the selection of individual trees [§ 2 (m) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll.] and the volume of excavated wood from the early washing of forests (reconstruction, conversion, economic necessity) is included in the production.
5 The area shall be registered in hectares (ha) to the nearest hundredth (so-called "to 2 decimal places").
6 The date of formation of the Holin in the format month and year (MM.YYYY) shall be indicated on the last day of the calendar month in which the Holin originated.
7 Includes the area of artificial renewal carried out on the shin, including nets.
8 Includes the area of repeated afforestation, including nets.
9 Includes the area of natural recovery on the shin.
10 The date shall be indicated in month and year format (MM.YYYY), on the last day of the calendar month in which natural renewal was found to fulfil the characteristics of successful variety.
