DECLARATION
of 19 June 2025
amending Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other formalities for the provision of spa rehabilitation care, as amended
According to § 33 paragraph 12 of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 1 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other requirements for the provision of spa rehabilitation care, as amended by Decree No. 211 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No. 392 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point 1.1 (e) of Part I of the Annex, the words "haematologist and transfusiologist 'are replaced by the words" medical practitioner who provided medical care for the relevant type of recurrent bleeding or specialist in the same field'.
2. In point 1.1 (l) of the Annex to Part I, the words "II. 'and the words" not applicable to the disease group VI, VIII / 3, XXVI, XXVIII / 1, XXVIII / 2, XXVIII / 6' are deleted.
3. In point 2.1 of Part I of the Annex, the words "in the case of reresidence in the case of a reresidence in a rehabilitation centre 'shall be inserted at the beginning of point (d).
4. In point 2.1 of Part I., point (h) is deleted.
Points (i) to (m) shall be renumbered as points (h) to (l).
5. in the Annex to point 2.1 (i) of Part I:
"(i) a clear opinion on the ability of the insured person to undergo spa rehabilitation care by a doctor who provides health care to the insured person for his chronic illness, if requested by the recommending doctor;"
6. In point 2.1 (k) of Part I of the Annex, the words "a clinical oncologist, a radiation oncologist, a paediatric oncologist and a haematologist, an oncologist or an oncologist 'are replaced by the words" a clinical oncologist, a radiation oncologist or a physician providing medical care for his cancer'.
7. In point 2.1 of Part I of the Annex, at the end of point (k), the comma is replaced by a dot and point (l) is deleted.
8. In point 2.2 of Part I., the words "2 months' are replaced by the words" 6 months'; the words "and, in the case of an insured person, the word" radical 'is replaced by "essential';
9. In Part I of the Annex, the following point 2.3 is inserted after point 2.2:
"2.3. If the insured person is recommended to be treated as a nursing home by a specialist outpatient care provider and there is no substantial change in the state of health for the insured person, then the examination and the results referred to in point 2.1 and the requirements set out in Parts II. or III. of this Annex may be replaced by a copy of the report of the physician recommending the need for the provision of spa rehabilitation care, containing the information on the examinations and their results referred to in point 2.1 and the requirements set out in Parts II. or III. of this Annex according to each indication. If the doctor's report does not contain all the necessary information, it may be supplemented by a copy of the report from the last preventive examination, which was carried out less than 2 years before the design was made and since its implementation there has been no significant change in the health status of the insured person. '
Point 2.3 is renumbered point 2.4.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
