DECLARATION
of 12 May 2021
amending certain regulations in connection with the establishment of fields of education in which secondary education with a certificate and secondary education with a graduate examination can be obtained
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 24 (5), § 26 (4), § 28 (7), § 64 and 71 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 179 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 82 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2020 Coll.:
Amendment of the order on secondary education and education in the Conservatory
Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended by Decree No. 374 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 400 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 197 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 145 / 2018 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, the following paragraph 8 is added:
"(8) A pupil who is a student of secondary education with a certificate and middle education with a graduate examination (12) shall be counted as a pupil of the relevant secondary education sector with a graduate examination; the total number of pupils of the school is counted only once.
12) Table D6 in Annex 1 to Decree No. 211 / 2010 Coll. '.
2. In Paragraph 2b, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) For the purposes of multidisciplinary classes, the fields of education providing secondary education with a certificate and secondary education with a graduate examination (12) shall be considered as the field of education providing secondary education with a secondary examination. '
3. The following Section 4a is inserted after Section 4:
Final examination in the fields of secondary education with a certificate and secondary education with a graduate examination
Teaching courses providing secondary education with a certificate and secondary education with a maturity12) continue education, although he failed the final examination successfully. The replacement and repair tests of the final examination shall be carried out in accordance with Section 5 of Decree No. 47 / 2005 Coll. '.
4. After Paragraph 17, the following Section 17a is inserted:
School education programme for secondary education with a certificate and secondary education with a graduate examination
The school education programme for secondary education with a certificate and secondary education with a graduate examination (12) contains the compulsory content of the education of the two relevant framework training programmes. '
Amendment of the Order on the organisation of the school year
In § 3 of the Decree No. 16 / 2005 Coll., on the organisation of the school year, as amended by Decree No. 111 / 2012 Coll., the sentence "The third year of secondary education with a certificate and secondary education with a final examination is added at the end of paragraph 1."

Amendment of the Decree on certain educational documents
In Section 1 of Decree No. 3 / 2015 Coll., on certain educational documents, as amended by Decree No. 300 / 2018 Coll., paragraph 5 is added, including footnote 5:
"(5) The certificate shows the field of education with the secondary education with the certificate and the secondary education with the graduate examination (5) and the additional field of education with the certificate.
5) Table D6 in Annex 1 to Government Decree No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended. '
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2021.
