DECLARATION
of 27 January 2014
amending Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., laying down a range of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa granted, as amended
The Ministry of Interior, after consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides for Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 379 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll.:
Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., determining the circle of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa issued, as amended by Decree No. 270 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 46 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, point 13 is deleted.
Points 14 to 31 shall become points 13 to 30.
2. In the Annex, point 29 of the comma is replaced by the dot and point 30 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 February 2014.
