The Constitutional Court decided on 5 December 2006 in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Pavel Rychetský and the Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formánková, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Jana, Vladimir Krorka, Dagmar Lastovecký, Jiří Much, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodma, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior to abolish the generally binding Order of the City of Chomutov No. 15 / 2003 to ensure public order by reducing noise
as follows:
The generally binding Order of the City of Chomutova No 15 / 2003 to ensure public order by limiting noise is deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
