DECLARATION
of 21 December 2015
amending Decree No. 55 / 2011 Coll., on the activities of health workers and other professionals
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 90 (2) (e) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the performance of non-medical medical professions and for the performance of activities related to the provision of medical care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on non-medical medical professions), as amended by Act No. 125 / 2005 Coll.:
In Section 4 of Decree No. 55 / 2011 Coll., on the activities of health professionals and other professionals, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following points (p) to (r) are added:
"(p) to motivate and educate individuals, families and groups to accept healthy lifestyle and care for self-41),
(q) analyse, ensure and evaluate the quality and safety provided by nursing care (42);
(r) to the extent of its competence to implement measures to address the consequences of an emergency or a crisis situation (43).

Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 18 January 2016.
