GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 204 / 2004 Coll., laying down closer conditions for the implementation of the common organisation of the market in dried fodder
The Government orders pursuant to § 2b (2) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 204 / 2004 Coll., establishing the closer conditions for the implementation of the common organisation of the market in dried fodder, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1, including the title and footnotes 1 and 1a, reads as follows:
Subject matter
This Regulation (1) provides for detailed conditions for the implementation of the common organisation of the market in dried fodder following the directly applicable rules of the European Communities (1a) (hereinafter referred to as "the European Communities').
1) It is issued for the implementation and within the limits of the law, the content of which allows for an adjustment following the directly applicable regulation of the European Communities by the Government.
(1a) Council Regulation (EC) No 1786 / 2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in dried fodder, as amended. Commission Regulation (EC) No 382 / 2005 of 7 March 2005 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1786 / 2003 on the common organisation of the market in dried fodder. '
2. footnote 2 shall read:
"2) Article 10 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1786 / 2003. Article 5, first paragraph, of Commission Regulation (EC) No 382 / 2005. '
3. In Paragraph 2 (1), "1 month at the latest 'is replaced by" 1 January to 31 January'.
4. footnote 4 shall read:
"(4) Article 2 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1786 / 2003."
5. footnotes 6 and 7 shall read:
"(6) Article 5, second paragraph, of Commission Regulation (EC) No 382 / 2005.
7) Article 6 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 382 / 2005. '
6. In Paragraph 3 (1), "1 month at the latest 'is replaced by" 1 January to 31 January'.
7. footnote 8 reads as follows:
"8) Article 9 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 382 / 2005."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
