DECLARATION
of 28 August 2014
amending Decree No. 88 / 2011 Coll., on the technical conditions and procedure for obtaining biometric data and signing a stranger for the purpose of issuing a residence permit
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 59 paragraph 9 of Act No. 325 / 1999 Coll., on asylum, as amended by Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll., and under § 182 paragraph 1 (f) and (g) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 101 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree No. 88 / 2011 Coll., on the technical conditions and procedure for the acquisition of biometric data and the signature of a stranger for the purpose of issuing a residence permit, is amended as follows:
1. footnote 3 shall read:
"(3) Commission Decision 2009 / 3770 / EC adapting the technical specifications for the uniform model residence permit for third-country nationals, as amended by Commission Decision 2011 / 5478 / EU and Commission Decision 2013 / 6178 / EU.";
2. In Paragraph 4 (1), the sentence after the third sentence is inserted: "In the event that none of the fingerprints of the right hand reaches the required quality, a fingerprint shall be selected which shall have the best score for the fingerprint of the lower quality. '
3. In Article 4 (3) and (4), the words "of the required quality 'are deleted.
4. In Article 4 (6), at the end of the first sentence, the words "including the quality of the fingerprint 'shall be added.
5. In the Annex to the Decree, in the model of the Protocol, the words "Waiver or limitation of legal capacity 'are replaced by the words" Limitation of incapacity'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.
