Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 13 July 2015
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were imposed on it in May - June 2015:
1. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract, concluded on 7 May 2015
between Contracting Parties
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
Trade union of woodworking industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 2 to the Collective Higher Level Contract, 2013-2016,
concluded on 12 February 2015 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic,
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
3. Collective Higher Level Contract 2015, concluded on 30 January 2015 between the Contracting Parties
Association of Air Manufacturers
and
KOVO trade union.
