On 11 December 2018, the Constitutional Court decided, under point Pl.
as follows:
Article 2 (b) and Article 4 of the Ordinary Decree of the Statutory City of Most No 6 / 2015, on the security of local public order matters, on the protection of public green and on improving the appearance of the city, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
