GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 January 2017
amending Government Regulation No 185 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under the afforestation measures and amending certain related government regulations, as amended by Government Regulation No 61 / 2016 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to § 2c (5) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll., and under § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under the afforestation measures and amending certain related government regulations, as amended by Government Regulation No. 61 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The subsidy for the setting-up of forest crops shall be granted for the planting of individual forest species, in the relevant target economic file and in at least the minimum number set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation on a defined part of the land block suitable for afforestation kept in the land use register according to user references (2) under the Agriculture Act (the land use register). ';
2. in Article 5 (2) (a), the words "and the number of individuals of each species of forest" shall be replaced by "the target economic group and at least the minimum number of individuals of each species of forest."
3. In Article 8 (1) (b), the words "part of the soil block 'are deleted and the words" area of the wooded part of the soil block' are replaced by the words "wooded area '.
4. In the title of Annex No 1, the words "their appropriate habitats' are replaced by the words" relevant target economic files' and in Part A of the title of the second column, the words "suitable habitats - target economic files' are replaced by the words" target economic files - appropriate habitats'.
5. In Annex No 2, Part A, Section IV (a), the words "the numbers and areas of each species of wood 'are replaced by the words" the target economic population of the wooded land and the number and areas of each species of forest listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation'.
Transitional provision
The procedure for applications for grants initiated pursuant to Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, and until that date definitively completed, shall be completed in accordance with Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 2017.
