DECLARATION
Ministry of Health

amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 48 / 1991 Coll., on vaccination against communicable diseases, as amended by Decree No. 527 / 1991 Coll.
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic provides pursuant to § 70 paragraph 1 (c) and § 71 paragraph 2 (a) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 548 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 48 / 1991 Coll., on vaccination against communicable diseases, as amended by Decree No. 527 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (2), the word "fourteenth 'is replaced by the word" eleventh'.
2. In Article 3 (1), the words "the last dose should be given before it reaches the first year of life 'are replaced by the words" three doses of vaccine at monthly intervals, the fourth dose should be given at the eighteenth to twentieth months of life'.
Article 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Re-vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus and cough should be carried out in the fifth year of life."
4.
Vaccination against measles, mumps and rubella
(1) The primary vaccination against measles, mumps and rubella should be carried out with a live vaccine at the earliest on the first day of the 15th month of life.
(2) The re-vaccination shall be carried out six to ten months after the primary vaccination has been carried out and, where justified, thereafter.
(3) In the case of girls, rubella vaccination shall be carried out in the twelfth year of their life unless they have been vaccinated against rubella before. '
5. § 6 is deleted.
6. In Section 7, the word "flu" is deleted.
7. in Paragraph 8 (1), point (d) shall be deleted at the end.
8. Paragraph 12, including the title, reads:
Vaccination against tuberculosis
(1) For children born from 1 April 1986 to 31 December 1993 in the Central Bohemian Region and the East Bohemian Region, and for children born from 1 January 1989 in the South Bohemian Region, who have not been primary vaccination against tuberculosis, vaccination against tuberculosis shall be carried out on the basis of a previous tuberculin test, if negative result, gradually for one year starting in 1994.
(2) In the 1993 / 94 school year, vaccination of 14-year-olds having a tuberculin test with negative results is completed. Children of 11 years of age shall start vaccination in the school year 1994 / 95 pursuant to Article 2 (2).
(3) In the case of a negative tuberculin test, if they were not vaccinated by reducing the age limit from 14 to 11 years according to § 2, they must be carried out until the end of compulsory education. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
