amending Decree No. 360 / 2010 Coll., laying down a model of the electronic form for the application for a decision on the obligation to carry out and the technical details of its use, as amended by Decree No. 180 / 2017 Coll.
The Czech Telecommunications Authority ("the Office ') provides pursuant to Article 150 (5) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (the Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 310 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 247 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 311 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 374 / 2021 Coll., and Act No. 23 / 2025 Coll., Act No. 129 (2) on Electronic Communications, Act No. 153 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 378 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 360 / 2010 Coll., laying down the model of the electronic form of the application for a decision of the dispute on the obligation to carry out the transaction and the technical details of its use, as amended by Decree No. 180 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, the words "or § 129a (1) 'are inserted after the words" § 129 (1)'.
2. Paragraph 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The Office's form shall be made available via the Public Administration Information System in the form of an online HTML (HyperText Markup Language) form with a PDF output (Portable Document Format). The form may also be sent from the information system of the person performing the communication activity via the application program interface (API) after authentication based on the API key issued by the Office. '.
3. Paragraph 2 (3) is deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 3.
4. In Article 2 (3), the words "in the case of submission to an e-mail address' are inserted after the words" in the case of another electronic submission of 100 MB 'and the words "at the end of the text of the paragraph' are added.
5. the Annex shall read as follows:
"Annex
Model of the electronic form of the application for a decision of a dispute pursuant to § 129 (1) or § 129a (1) of the Act relating to the obligation of a participant or user to carry out cash
"
Transitional provision
The form provided for in Decree No. 360 / 2010 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of the Order, may be used for the submission of the application for decision of the dispute by 30 July 2026 at the latest.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
