Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. Paragraph 3 (4) is deleted.

2. § 3a, including the title, § 3b and 4a shall be deleted;

„§ 4

The amount of the salary base until 31 December 2022

By 31 December 2022, the salary base is CZK 84 060 and CZK 100 872 for judges. "

Čl. II

Transitional provision

Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 491 / 2021 Coll., on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary and certain reimbursement of expenses of officials under Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended, shall not apply from the date of entry into force of this Act.

1. In the title of the Act, the words "and amending and supplementing Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on Salary and Remuneration for on-call in Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended," are deleted.

2. Paragraph 3 (9) is deleted.

„§ 3a

The amount of the salary base until 31 December 2022

Until 31 December 2022, the salary base is 90 784.80 CZK. '

Čl. IV

Transitional provision

Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 492 / 2021 Coll., on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary of prosecutors pursuant to Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other requirements of the prosecutors and on the amendment and addition of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call in budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended, as amended, shall not apply from the date of entry into force of this Act.
