The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on 24 January 1995 on the proposal of the priority of the District Office in České Budějovice to repeal the generally binding Decree of the Municipality of Ledenice of 3 November 1993 on the charge for the removal and landfill of solid household waste as follows:
The Decree of the Municipality of Ledenice on the charge of the removal and landfill of solid household waste, adopted by the Municipal Council in Ledenice on 3 November 1993, is hereby repealed with effect from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
