DECLARATION
Czech Labour Safety Authority
of 6 March 1969
on the establishment of labour safety inspectors
According to § 2 (3) and § 5 (1) (a) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., the Czech Labour Safety Authority provides:
The following labour security inspectors shall be established and their headquarters and their respective areas of competence shall be established:
1. Labour Safety Inspectorate for the City of Prague, based in Prague,
its area of competence coincides with that of the National Committee of the City of Prague;
2. Labour Safety Inspector for Central Bohemian Region based in Prague,
the area of its competence is covered by the area of competence of the Central Bohemian Regional National Committee;
3. Labour Safety Inspector in České Budějovice;
the area of its competence is covered by the area of competence of the South Bohemia National Committee;
4. Labour Safety Inspectorate in Pilsen;
the area of its competence is covered by the area of competence of the West Bohemian National Committee;
5. Labour Safety Inspector in Ústí nad Labem;
the area of its competence shall be covered by the area of competence of the North Bohemian Regional National Committee;
6. Labour Safety Inspectorate in Hradec Kralove;
the area of its competence covers the area of competence of the Eastern Czech Regional National Committee;
7. Labour Safety Inspectorate for South Moravian Region based in Brno;
the area of its competence shall be covered by the area of competence of the South Moravian National Committee;
8. Labour Safety Inspector in Ostrava;
the area of its competence is covered by the area of competence of the North Moravian National Committee.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 March 1969.
