amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll. and No. 88 / 1994 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll. and No. 88 / 1994 Coll. ("the Order '), is amended and supplemented as follows:
In Section 7, the words "or a notarized copy 'are deleted.
In Annex A / I, Part I, before the tariff heading:
