on the imposition of a Collective contract of higher degree and Appendix 2 to a Collective contract of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, was imposed on him in the period from 17.6.2014 - 31.7.2014 Collective contract of higher degree for 2014 and Appendix 2 to Collective contract of higher degree:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2014, concluded on 4 June 2014
between Contracting Parties
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers
- Association of Free Unions
and
The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 2 to the Collective Higher Level Contract, concluded on 17 June 2014
between Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Union of employers of the woodworking industry.
