DECLARATION
of 15 April 2021
on the reimbursement of expenditure on professional activities by the State Institute for Drug Control under the Law on in vitro diagnostic medical devices
According to Section 96 (2) of Act No. 268 / 2014 Coll., on in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended by Act No. 96 / 2021 Coll., the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of Section 94 (3) of this Act:
(1) The specification of the professional activities, the method of determining the amount of compensation for the costs of carrying out professional activities in the context of each activity, the maximum amount of compensation for the costs of carrying out professional activities in accordance with § 94 (2) (a) to (c) of the In vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Act, is laid down in the Sazekoda for the reimbursement of expenditure for professional activities carried out by the State Institute for Drug Control under the In vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Act annexed to this Decree.
(2) The amount of reimbursement of expenditure shall be fixed as a multiple of the number of hours of work for carrying out the professional task and the amount of expenditure per 1 hour of work of 1 person, which includes wage and general expenditure.
Repeal
Decree No. 61 / 2015 Coll., on the setting of the amount of compensation for professional activities by the State Institute for Drug Control under the Law on Medical Devices, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 26 May 2021.
