on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, and pursuant to § 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the terms of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued a price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 01 / 2023 of 2 June 2023 on regulated prices related to gas supply.
Pursuant to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 01 / 2023 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 2 June 2023, amounting to 3. The price decision will take effect on 1 January 2024.
