DECLARATION
of 27 December 2004
on the detailed conditions of organisation of the Czech School Inspection and Performance of Inspection Activities
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry ') provides, pursuant to Section 175 (6) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Secondary, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
More detailed terms and conditions of organisation Czech School Inspection
(1) The head of the various inspectors of the Czech School Inspection Centre is the Director of the Inspectorate.
(2) The workplaces of the Czech School Inspectorate are marked by the Czech School Inspectorate, the name of the Inspectorate and the national emblem of the Czech Republic 1).
More detailed conditions for carrying out inspection activities
(1) The Czech School Inspectorate draws up a draft plan of the main tasks of the Czech School Inspection2), using the conclusions of previous school inspections, based on the requirements of the Ministry and taking into account the initiatives of regional authorities, school institutes and school establishments, school heads and school councils.
(2) The Central School Inspector shall submit annually to the Minister for Education, Youth and Sports:
(a) by 15 July, a draft plan for the main tasks of the Czech School Inspection Office for the following school year;
(b) by 15 July for approval of the draft criteria for assessing the conditions, course and results of education and school services;
(c) by 30 November, the annual report of the Czech School Inspection Office for the previous school year.
(3) In the course of the inspection activity, the principal of the school or his authorised staff shall be entitled to be present and an authorised representative of the establishment.
Service cards
(1) The model of the school inspector licence is set out in Annex 1.
(2) The model of the surveillance officer's certificate is set out in Annex 2.
(3) The licences referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 include:
(a) State emble1),
(b) the title "Czech School Inspectorate,"
(c) a photograph of the school inspector or inspector printed with a round stamp of the Czech school inspection,
(d) the name, or names, surnames or, where appropriate, the designation of a graduate of a higher vocational school, an academic degree or a scientific grade;
(e) the registration number of the licence;
(f) the signature of the central school inspector.
Repeal
Decree No. 109 / 2003 Coll., on the organisation, performance and tasks of the school inspection is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Model of school inspector's service card
Front of the service card
The service pass is 54 mm high and 85 mm wide. It's printed on a white paper card.
The text on the front is made in black. The title of the organisation "Czech School Inspection" is given in the upper part of the service card. The field for the school inspector's photograph is left on the left side. In the middle of the title, the national emblem is printed, the registration number of the service card to the right of which the title "School Inspector's Card" is bold. In the lower half of the service card, to the right of the photograph, the figure according to § 3 (d) of the Decree is bold. In the lower right-hand corner of the front, there is an indication of the function of the central school inspector and his own signature. The school inspector's photograph is printed in the lower right corner with a round stamp of the Czech School Inspection Office. The entire front is covered with transparent laminating film.
The back of the service card does not contain any data.

Model of officer's service
Front of the service card
The service pass is 54 mm high and 85 mm wide. It's printed on a white paper card.
The text on the front is made in black. The upper part of the licence includes the name of the organisation "Czech School Inspection." The field for a photo of the inspector is left in the left part. A national emblem shall be printed in the middle of the service card under the heading, the registration number of the service card to the right of which the name "Controller's Card 'shall be marked in bold. In the lower half of the service card, to the right of the photograph, the figure according to § 3 (d) of the Decree is bold. In the lower right-hand corner of the front, there is an indication of the function of the central school inspector and his own signature. In the lower right corner, the photo of the inspector is reprinted with the round stamp of the Czech School Inspection Office. The entire front is covered with transparent laminating film.
The back of the service card does not contain any data.
