DECLARATION

declaring the national nature reserve of Ransko and laying down its close protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (b) with regard to § 28 (1) and § 37 (1) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the conservation of nature and landscape, as amended by the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 347 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll. and the finding of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic No. 3 / 1997 Coll. ("the Act"):
Announcement of the National Nature Reserve Ransko
The Ransko National Nature Reserve (hereinafter referred to as the National Nature Reserve) is hereby declared in order to maintain a set of nature-related diverse forest ecosystems involving a large group of specially protected plant and animal species.
Definition of the national nature reserve
(1) The national nature reserve is situated in Havlíčkova Brod district in Havlíčkova Borová cadastral territory on plots No 1855 / 2 and No 3181 / 1 and in the cadastral territory of Old Ransko on parcels No 290 / 4, No 464 / 1 and Part of lots No 409 / 1. The total area of the national nature reserve is 695.4 ha. The border line of the national nature reserve of the parcel No 409 / 1 is shown in the annex to the decree.
(2) The map documents in which the territory of the national natural reserve is inscribed are, in addition to the register in the central list of nature protection1) deposited at the Ministry of the Environment (hereinafter referred to as "Ministry"), at the Zdářské výštěch výšky, at the District Office of Havlíčkova Brod, at the Municipal Office of Havlíčkova Borová and at the Municipal Office of Kruburgok.
Closer protection conditions
Without the consent of the Minister2):
(a) changes in the type of land and changes in how it is used;
(b) repair and maintenance of existing forest roads;
(c) geological work linked to the intervention into the territory;
(d) organisation and organisation of mass sports, tourism and other public events;
(e) free feeding of game, setting-up of feeders, fungi and hunting gear, except in the case of weirs;
(f) mining or educational work in forests where the forest owner operates without an approved forest economic plan or an approved forest economic curriculum;
(g) extractive or educational work in forest areas on the basis of an approved forest economic plan or taken over by a forest economic curriculum during a period where the land is not frozen or covered by snow cover.
Protection zone
To ensure the national nature reserve against interference from the surrounding area, protection zone 3 is declared) in the width 50 m from the border of the national nature reserve except the built-up territory of the village of Kruburgk - part of Staré Ransko.
Repeal
The Decree of the Ministry of Culture No 46.364 / 55 of 14 January 1956 setting up the State Nature Reserve "Staré Ransko '(reg. 24 / 1956 Ú.l.) is hereby repealed.

The decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No 14.200 / 88-SÚOP of 29 November 1988 on the declaration of certain territories in the Czech Socialist Republic as protected (reg. in the amount of 49 / 1988 Coll.) is amended as follows:
In Annex II, the following text is deleted: "SPR" Staré Ransko, "K. Staré Ransko in Havlickova Brod district; amount 24 / 1956 Ú.l. '.
Amendment of Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No 3.500 / 89-SOP of 19 January 1989 on the establishment of the state natural reserves "Hradec," "Kitchenka," "Fiduciary path," "Red Cross," "Ranská mud," "Doubek," "Priests - Certová Mlýn," "Radhosti," "Vrapač," "" Rašeliniště Skrítek, "" "" "Šerák - Keprník" and their protection zones (reg. 1 / 1989 Sb.)
The proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 3.500 / 89-SOP of 19 January 1989 on the establishment of the "Hradec '," Kitchenka', "Fiduciary path '," Red Cross', "Ranská mud '," Doubek', "Priests - Certová Mlýn '," Radhosti', "Vrapac '," Rašeliniště Skrítek' and the "Pulčín - Hradisko 'and their protection zones (reg. 1 / 1989 Coll.) are amended as follows:
1. In the title, the words "Ranch mud" are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "Ranch mud 'are deleted.
3. in Paragraph 1 (3), point (e) shall be deleted;
4. Annex V is deleted;
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
