On 24 January 1995, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided in plenary on the proposal of the President of the Regional Office in Beroun for the partial annulment of Article III of the General Order of the Municipality of Vráž of 13 June 1994 on a local charge for the use of public spaces as follows:
Part of the provision of Article III in the words "motorway, motorway rest area 'of the generally binding municipal decree The return of 13 June 1994 on the local charge for the use of public spaces shall be cancelled on the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
