DECLARATION
of 24 June 2019
amending Decree No. 124 / 2007 of the Ministry of Transport Coll., on the model of the driver's memory card
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Section 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 249 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 199 / 2017 Coll., and Act No. 193 / 2018 Coll., implementing Section 110a paragraph 7 of that Act:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 124 / 2007 Coll., on the model of the driver memory card, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, the word "Declation1 'is replaced by" Decree'.
footnote 1 is deleted.
2. In Article 1, the words "European Community2) 'are replaced by the words" European Union1)';
Footnote 1:
"(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016 / 799 of 18 March 2016 implementing Regulation (EU) No 165 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down requirements for the construction, testing, installation, operation and repair of tachographs and their components, as amended. ';
footnote 2 is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 2 (3) (c), the words "the European Communities' are replaced by the words" the European Union '.
4. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (d) is added:
"(d) the designation" G2 "in large letters in blue."
5. In Paragraph 2 (4), the comma after the words "driver's signature 7 'is replaced by a dot.
6. In Paragraph 2 (4), the words "address 8. 'are deleted.
7. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 5, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (d) is added:
"(d) under the chip the designation of the national identifier" e8 "is made in blue. '
8. Paragraph 2 (6) reads as follows:
"(6) The data referred to in paragraph 4 referred to in point 4d shall not be completed on the driver's memory card. ';

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
