DECLARATION
of 30 May 2017
amending Decree No. 355 / 2006 Coll., laying down the methods and conditions for registration, operation, testing of historical and sports vehicles and the methods and conditions for testing of road vehicles registered in the register of road vehicles, as amended by Decree No. 144 / 2012 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to Article 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Operation of Vehicles on the Road and on the Amendment to Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on Liability Insurance caused by the Operation of Vehicles and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts (Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll.), as amended by Act No. 297 / 1999 Coll., as amended by Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., and Act No. 63 / 2017 Coll., to implement § 79a Paragraph 6, § 79b (7) and § 79c (4):
Decree No. 355 / 2006 Coll., laying down the methods and conditions for registration, operation, testing of historical and sports vehicles and the methods and conditions for testing of road vehicles registered in the register of road vehicles, as amended by Decree No. 144 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, paragraphs 1 and 2 are deleted.
Paragraphs 3 to 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 5.
2. In Paragraph 2 (2), the words "registration application 'are replaced by the words" registration application'.
3. In Article 2 (3), the word "application 'is replaced by the word" applications' and the words "pursuant to paragraph 2 'are deleted.
4. In Article 2 (5), the words "applications for registration of a historical vehicle 'are replaced by the words" applications for registration of a historical vehicle in a register of historical and sports vehicles';
5. In Article 3, paragraphs 1 and 2 are deleted.
Paragraphs 3 to 6 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 4.
6. In Article 3 (4), the word "applications' is replaced by" applications'.
7. in Articles 6 (1), 6 (a) (6) and 6 (2) and (3), the word "code" shall be replaced by "code."
8. In Article 6 (1), the word "code 'is replaced by" code'.
9. In Article 6 (5), the fourth sentence is deleted.
10. in Article 6 (5) and Article 6a (5), the words "by 30 June of the current calendar year at the latest, lists of vehicles that have undergone positive testing" shall be replaced by the words "within 30 days of the date of testing, lists of vehicles that have undergone positive results testing."
11. in Paragraph 6a (5), the second sentence is deleted;
12. Annex 2 shall read as follows:

"
13. Annex 4 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 4 to Decree No 355 / 2006 Coll.

14. In Annex 6, point 3, the words "the type of which is no longer produced and 'shall be inserted after the words" old'.
15. In Annex 6, point 5 (c), the word "annual 'is deleted.
16. In Annex 6, point 5, the words "15 June of each calendar year 'are replaced by the words" 15 days from the date of testing'.
17. In Annex 6, points 7 and 10, the word "annual 'is deleted.
18. In Annex 6, in point 10, the words "annual inspections' are replaced by the words" inspections'.
19. In Annex 6, point 10, the words "not later than 30 June of the calendar year 'are replaced by the words" not later than 30 days from the date of testing'.
Transitional provision
Forms of registration of a historical vehicle in the register of historical and sports vehicles and registration of a sports vehicle in the register of historical and sports vehicles in accordance with Annexes 2 and 4 to Decree No. 355 / 2006 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree, may be used until 31 December 2018 at the latest.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
