DECLARATION
of 31 July 2018
amending Decree No. 364 / 2005 Coll., on the management of school and school documentation and school matrices and on the transmission of data from school and school documentation and school matrices (Ordinance on school and school documentation), as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to § 28 (6) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 383 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 472 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2005 Coll., on the management of documentation of schools and school establishments and school matrices and on the transmission of data from the documentation of schools and school establishments and from school matrices (Decree on documentation of schools and educational establishments), as amended by Decree No. 389 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 226 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 208 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 29 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 131 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 202 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3 (2), "(a) and (b) 'is deleted.
2. In Article 4 (1), the words "in the Bulletin of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (" Bulletin ') and "shall be deleted.
3. In Article 4 (2), the words "in the Bulletin and 'are deleted.
4. In Article 4 (3), the words "in the Bulletin and 'are deleted.
5. In Annex 2, the following heading is inserted after the designation of Annex 2: "Transmission of aggregated data '.
6. In Annex 2, the following is inserted after the title:
METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OF AGREGATED DATA '.
7. In Annex No 2, Part 1, paragraph 4, the text "paragraph 2 (b) 'is replaced by" paragraph 2 (c) to (f)'.
8. In Annex No 2, in Part One, Article 1, the following paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) When transmission of a report on the extracts of statistical information from the documentation of schools and legal entities to the Ministry, the competent administrative authority (8) shall indicate its telephone connection and e-mail address and, where appropriate, the name and surname of the natural person who prepared the protocol. ';
9. In Annex 2, Part Four, Article 21 (2) (c), the word "category 'is replaced by the words" groups of professions, sources of financing' and the text '; and' is replaced by a comma.
10. In Annex No 2, Part Four, Article 21 (2) (d), the words "broken down by pedagogical and non-pedagogical staff 'shall be inserted after the words" salary'.
11. In Annex No 2, Part Four, Article 21 (2), the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (d) and the following points (e) and (f) are added:
"(e) the extent of direct pedagogical activity of teaching staff by grade and grade, broken down by group of teaching staff professions and by type of school and school activities; and
(f) the number of hours of direct pedagogical activity of teaching staff fixed beyond their weekly scope by grade and grade and by teaching hours above those laid down in the framework training programme, broken down by group of teaching staff professions and by type of school and school activities. "
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 September 2018.
