on the submission of data on the estimated number of teaching staff and their remuneration
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry ') provides, pursuant to Section 161c (2) (a) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-school, Primary, Secondary, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll.:
Scope of data transmitted
(1) A legal person engaged in the activities of a parent school, primary school, secondary school, conservatory or school cooperative established by a region, municipality or association of municipalities (hereinafter referred to as the "legal person") shall transmit, for each type of school and school cooperative, the expected changes in the number of hours of direct teaching activities of educational staff providing education within the scope of the Framework Training Programme and of the pedagogical staff of the school cooperative in relation to the condition of 30 September of the last calendar year, whose wage entitlements are financed under Section 161c (4) of the Education Act, broken down by professional groups. The legal person exercising the activity of a primary school who is entitled to the financing of the activity of a psychologist, a special educator or a social educator from a state budget under a government decree issued pursuant to § 161 (3) or (4) of the Education Act shall, under the conditions laid down in the first sentence of the first amendment in the number of hours of direct pedagogical activity of a psychologist, a special educator or a social educator.
(2) The information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted by a legal person in accordance with the expected changes in the organisation of education and the provision of education services and, where appropriate, the provision of advisory services at school in the following school year, in particular in the light of the results of the pre-school enrolment, the enrolment for basic education and admission procedures and, where appropriate, changes in the school register.
Data submission methods and deadlines
(1) The legal person shall transmit data electronically to the database managed by the Ministry using a form the model of which the Ministry shall publish on its website no later than 28 February of the calendar year in question. To the extent necessary for the performance of their tasks, regional authorities and municipal authorities with extended scope shall also have access to this database.
(2) The legal person shall transmit the data for the period from 31 May at the latest by 10 June of the calendar year concerned at the relevant date of 30 September of the calendar year in question. If the last day for data transmission is Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the last day for data transmission is the next working day.
(3) In addition to the data transmitted, the legal person shall indicate his / her identification number, telephone connection and e-mail address, type of school or indication that he / she is a school cooperative, and the name and / or names of the natural person who prepared the data.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 September 2018.
