GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 June 2015
on the performance of public service at a service place outside the Czech Republic on holiday
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:
Purchasing of state service at a service place outside the Czech Republic on holiday
A public servant who carries out a public service at a service place outside the territory of the Czech Republic may be ordered by the service authority to carry out a public service on a day which, under the Act governing public holidays and other public holidays in the Czech Republic, is a public holiday; in this case it is provided for 1 day, which is a holiday in the Czech Republic, 1 day of work on the day, which is a holiday in the respective state.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
