DECLARATION
of 13 January 2010
amending Decree No. 330 / 2006 Coll., on the publication of notices for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act
According to § 159 (4) of Act No. 137 / 2006 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended by Act No. 417 / 2009 Coll.:
In Section 4 of Decree No. 330 / 2006 Coll., on the publication of notices for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, paragraphs 11 and 12 are added, including footnote 1:
"(11) For the publication of a notice of intent to conclude a contract pursuant to Article 146 (2) of the Act, the contracting authority shall use the ex ante voluntary transparency notification form provided for in the directly applicable European Communities1).
(12) For the publication of information on contracts concluded under the framework contract, the contracting authority shall use the contract notice form provided for in the directly applicable regulation of the European Community1).

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
