DECLARATION
of 10 January 2003
amending Decree No. 260 / 1999 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the defence obligation and on military administrative offices (Defence Act)
The Ministry of Defence provides, pursuant to § 7 (5), § 34 (4), § 49 (8) and § 52 (7) of Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the defence obligation and on the military administrative offices (the Defence Act), as amended by Act No. 286 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 260 / 1999 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the defence obligation and on military administrative offices (Law No 218 / 1999 Coll.), is amended as follows:
1. in Article 9 (b):
"(b) the pursuit of management functions and the activities of indispensable experts in undertakings providing the armed forces, as well as in selected sectors of the national economy, on a proposal from the relevant ministries, in order to ensure the necessary functioning of the national economy;"
2. in Article 9 (c):
"(c) professional or professional inclusion in the components of the Integrated Rescue System,"
3. In Section 11, "10 'is replaced by" 9';
4. Annex 1 shall read as follows:

Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 260 / 1999 Coll.
5. Annex 2 shall be deleted;
Annexes 3 to 10 to date shall be renumbered Annexes 2 to 9.
6. In Annex 2, in the part "Lessons', point (a), the words" and transitional 'are deleted.
7. in Annex No 2, in the part "Military book ', points 3 and 4 are deleted;
Points 5 to 19 shall become points 3 to 17.
This decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.
