GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 December 1993
amending Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 520 / 1990 Coll., on the remuneration of members of councils in municipalities, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 221 / 1991 Coll., Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 261 / 1992 Coll. and Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 11 / 1993 Coll.
The Government orders according to § 32 paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment):
The Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 520 / 1990 Coll., on the remuneration of members of the councils in municipalities, as amended by the Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 221 / 1991 Coll., Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 261 / 1992 Coll. and the Order of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 11 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Annex No 1 to date is replaced by the new Annex No 1, the text of which is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
2. Annex No 2 to date is replaced by the new Annex No 2, the text of which is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Remuneration under this Regulation shall be granted for the first time for December 1993.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Note: If only one member of the municipal council as deputy mayor is long-term unemployed in the municipalities of up to 3000 inhabitants for the performance of his duties, he shall be remunerated according to column 1.
