of 11 February 1960
The Czech version of the General Convention on Copyright and Protocols Nos 2 and 3 published together with the Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of 29 December 1959 in the amount of 2 Collection of Acts of 29 January 1960 under No 2 shall be corrected as follows:
I. General Convention on Copyright
1. Article III (1), 12. ';
2. in Article V (1), "exclusively" shall be replaced by "exclusive."
Protocol 2. In the last paragraph of the final provision, the words "signatory States' are replaced by the words" signatory States'.
III. Protocol 3. paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:
"1. Any State Party to this Protocol may, when depositing or accessing the instrument of ratification or acceptance of the Convention, declare by written communication to the Director-General of the United Nations for Education, Science and Information (hereinafter referred to as" the Director-General ') that the deposit of the instrument will have effects for the purposes of Article IX of the Convention only when another State referred to in that communication has deposited a instrument of ratification, acceptance or accession'.
