on the provisional application of certain provisions of Annex A, instrument X - Czechoslovakia, annexed to the Protocol on the conditions for access to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade negotiated on 10 October 1949
Under Government Decree No 292 / 1949 Coll., on the provisional implementation of certain international conventions related to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, I declare in the Agreement with Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Ministers:
On 9 March 1950, the provisions of Annex A, Act X-Czechoslovakia, annexed to the abovementioned Protocol on the conditions of access relating to the following items of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff shall become provisionally effective:
9 (b) 1; 9 (b) 2; 10; ex 17 (b) Svatoyan bread, olives; ex 62 (b) 2 Svatoyan bread seed; ex 82 (a) fine and ordinary mushrooms in natural condition, unprepared, unwashed; ex 83 furskins and skins, raw: sheep, lamb, goats, kid; ex 108 (a) 1 grape distillates coming from the country of origin, containing up to 45% vol of alcohol, etc.; 147 (a); 147 (b); ex 150 (b) magnesite crude; ex 165 common resin, rosin; ex 173 b) terpentine, terpentine oil; ex 600 (a) (1) calcium tartrate - for goods originating in all States which enjoy the highest tariff advantages on importation into the Czechoslovak customs territory.
