DECLARATION
of 23 May 2017
amending Decree No 343 / 2014 Coll., on Vehicle Registration, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions of the operation of vehicles on the road and on the amendment of Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 7, § 7d § 3, § 7e § 3, § 9 (4), § 9 (6), Act No. 298 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 298 / 2016 Coll., and Act No. 63 / 2017 Coll.
Regulation No 343 / 2014 Coll., on vehicle registration, as amended by Decree No 399 / 2015 Coll., Decree No 10 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No 86 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 8, the words "a 'are replaced by the words" § 9 (4)', "§ 12 (9) and 13 (7) 'are inserted after the words" § 9 (4)'.
2. In Article 8, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The model of the application for the decommissioning of a road vehicle, the cessation of the decommissioning of a road vehicle and the registration of the demise of a road vehicle is set out in Annex 28 to this Regulation. '
3. In Articles 9 to 14 and 16, the text under the heading "6 'is replaced by" 7'.
4. In Paragraph 13 (1), the words "a special purpose vehicle 'shall be inserted at the beginning of point (e).
5. Paragraph 15, including the title and footnote 4, reads:
Data on roadside inspection and technical competence
(K § 4 (7) of the Act)
(1) Data on roadworthiness tests are:
(a) the type of technical inspection carried out at the technical inspection station:
1. periodic technical inspection;
2. repeated technical inspection,
3. a technical inspection prior to the approval of the vehicle's technical competence;
4. technical inspection under the European International Road Agreement on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (ADR) 4;
5. registration,
6. technical inspection at the request of the customer,
7. technical inspection prior to registration; or
8. Technical inspection in the framework of technical roadside inspection,
(b) the date of the technical inspection;
(c) the date of validity of the technical inspection;
(d) the identification of the technical inspection station; and
(e) information on the state of the road vehicle according to the result of the technical inspection.
(2) The technical suitability data of a road vehicle found on the road are:
(a) the type of technical control of the state of the vehicle which is:
1. checking the technical condition of the vehicle or combination; or
2. checking of the technical condition of the vehicle or combination in the event of an accident;
(b) the date of technical inspection of the vehicle's condition; and
(c) the state of the vehicle as determined by the result of the check.
4) Decree No. 64 / 1987 Coll., on the Europe Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), as amended. '
6. in Article 16 (1) (b), the word "individual" shall be deleted;
7. in Article 20 (1) (c) (2) and Article 21 (1) (c) (2), the words "place of business" shall be deleted;
8. In Paragraph 34 (1) (b) (2), the words "or places of business' are deleted.
9. After Paragraph 37, the following Section 37a is inserted:
Certificate of assignment of a special registration mark with limited validity for export to another State
(Paragraph 38d (4) of the Law)
(1) Paragraph 17 shall apply mutatis mutandis to registration in a certificate of secondment of a special registration mark with limited validity for exports to another State.
(2) The certificate of assignment of a special registration mark with limited validity for export to another State contains protective features and is laminated with a protective liner. The document is made mainly in shades of light blue and its size is 105 x 75 mm.
(3) The model of the certificate of assignment of a special registration mark with limited validity for export to another State is set out in Annex 29 to this Regulation. "
10. In Paragraph 39, the text "28 and 29 'is inserted after" 14'.

Transitional provision
The application forms for data from the road vehicle register, applications for registration of a road vehicle in the road vehicle register, applications for registration of a change in the owner or the road vehicle operator, applications for the issue of a new vehicle document, applications for the issue of a registration plate and notifications of loss, destruction or theft of a registration plate produced before the date of entry into force of this decree may be used until their stocks are exhausted.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 June 2017.
