on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, and pursuant to § 17 (6) (d) and § 17 (11) and Article 12 of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector, and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, has issued price decisions No 1 / 2019 of 21 May 2019, on regulated gas supply prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 1 / 2019 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 27 May 2019, amounting to 3. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2020, with the exception of point 2.3.2, which entered into force on 1 June 2019.
