DECLARATION
Central Trade Union Councils

on amendments to the Order of the Central Council of Trade Unions No. 143 / 1965 Coll., on the provision of cash benefits in sickness insurance
The Central Council of Trade Unions provides, pursuant to § 51 (1) and § 63 (2) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on sickness insurance for employees, as amended by Act No. 16 / 1959 Coll. and Act No. 87 / 1968 Coll.:
Decree No. 143 / 1965 Coll., on the provision of cash benefits in sickness insurance, as amended by Decree No. 95 / 1968 Coll., Decree No. 113 / 1975 Coll., Decree No. 165 / 1979 Coll. and Decree No. 79 / 1982 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 5 (2) and (3) reads as follows:
"(2) The sickness allowance per working day shall be calculated on the net daily salary of the worker, but not more than 120 Ccs at the five-day working week at the appropriate percentage; (1) this amount shall be adjusted proportionately if the fixed weekly working hours are divided into different working days per week. (2)
(3) In the case of a worker with a permanent place of work in the underground mines, in coal quarries and in shelters engaged in the work referred to in the special regulation, (3) the sickness on a working day shall be calculated from his net daily wage, but not more than 180 CZK at the five-day working week at the appropriate percentage rate; (1) this amount shall be adjusted proportionally if the fixed weekly working hours are allocated to a different number of working days per week. (2). "
Paragraph 14 to 20 shall be deleted, including the footnotes.
3. In Paragraph 30 (1), the third sentence is deleted.
4. In Paragraph 32 (1), the first sentence is deleted from the sentence behind the semicolon and the semicolon is replaced by a dot.
5. Paragraph 68 is deleted.
6. In Paragraph 75 (1) (ch), the words "registration of periods of employment and 'are deleted.
7. In Paragraph 75 (2), the words "and what the total number of periods of employment counted on the date of termination of employment in the establishment 'are deleted.
8. in Paragraph 76 (1), paragraph (b) shall be deleted;
9. In Article 80 (2), the words "the provisions of this decree, mutatis mutandis, as for apprentices (§ 29) 'are replaced by the words" the legislation applicable to apprentices (4)'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1984.
