DECLARATION
of 18 July 2014
on the publication of the National Nature Reserve Table and establishing its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
§ 1
Definition of the national nature reserve
(1) The National Nature Reserve Table (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.
(2) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the South Moravian Region, in the cadastral territories of Bavaria, Klentnice and Perná. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.
§ 2
Subject matter of protection
National nature reserves are protected
(a) natural forest crops consisting primarily of warm forests and rubble forests;
(b) natural communities of basiphile vegetation of epheméres and suculents, rock vegetation with festivity, infantry lawns, narrow-minded dry lawns, moving rubble of carbonate rocks, and cleft vegetation of lime rocks and drolines;
(c) a set of underground and surface karst phenomena consisting mainly of smaller caves, sinks, rock formations and scrapes,
(d) the populations of rare and endangered species of plants, in particular lumnitzer (Dianthus lumnitzeri), large-flowered (Pulsatilla grandis), sea bass (Iris humilis subsp. arenaria) and sage (Salvia aethipis), including their biotopes; and
(e) the populations of rare and endangered species of animals, in particular the locusts of the saga (Saga pedo), the grasshopper (Callimorpha quadripunctaria), the horseradish (Lucanus cervus) and the bowler (Carabus hungaricus), including their biotopes.
§ 3
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve
(a) permit or make changes to the type of land or use of the land (2);
(b) adjust the surface of the road using non-local natural material of the same geological origin; or
(c) permit or carry out geological work involving interference with the territory.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 August 2014.

1) Government Decree No. 430 / 2006 Coll., on the establishment of geodetic reference systems and national map works binding on the territory of the State and the principles of their application, as amended by Government Decree No. 81 / 2011 Coll.
2) For example, § 80 (1) of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), and § 3 (2) and § 31 of Act No. 256 / 2013 Coll., on cadastral property (cadastral law).
